ProFleet Graphics has been pressing vinyl in Halifax since 1979 — under three names, two owners, and one stubborn rule: nothing leaves the bay unless it'll outlast the truck. We design, print and install everything in‑house. We answer our own phone. And we put our name on every job before the owner does.

47 Halifax winters of wrap

Forty‑seven winters between Trim‑Line's first pinstripe and this morning's job ticket. Some of the trucks we wrapped in the eighties are still on the road. That's the bar.

The work is design, production and installation — under one roof, by the people whose phone numbers you already have. No agency middle layer. No outsourced finish work. No clever pivot. Just trucks that look like they meant to.

Meet the shop

Four trades, one bay.

We've kept the menu short on purpose. Anything that goes on the outside of a vehicle — or the inside of a window — runs through the same crew, the same press, the same standard. No subcontractors, no surprises on delivery day.

01 · Wraps & Graphics

Wraps that read at eighty km/h.

Full prints, color changes, partial coverage, cut‑vinyl lettering. Designed for the panels you have, not the brochure they came from. 3M IJ180Cv3 and Avery MPI cast vinyl, finished with 3M overlam.

02 · Paint Protection

Invisible. Until you need it.

3M Scotchgard Pro Series film, plotter‑cut to your VIN. Self‑healing on warm days. Optically clear on cold ones. Ten‑year warranty on the work, not just the film.

03 · Window Tint

Cooler cabin. Cleaner line.

Carbon, ceramic and premium ceramic. Plotter‑cut to your specific glass, installed dust‑free in a sealed bay. We file the tint to Nova Scotia regs and explain why the rear can go darker.

04 · Fleet Program

National rollouts, run out of one Halifax phone number.

From five trucks to twelve hundred. We've scoped, designed, printed and scheduled the install of national programs across North America. One project manager, one livery standard, one invoice.

How a job runs through the shop.

Same five moves for a single set of door letters as for a national fleet rebrand. Only the scale changes.

i
ConsultQuote inside 48 hours · we answer our own phone
We start with the work the vehicle has to do. Brand. Route. Fleet size. Age of the rolling stock. Deadline. Bring photos if you can, the VIN if it's a one‑off. We write the quote ourselves, not a salesman.
ii
DesignIn‑house · three rounds included
Our designers build a layout for the truck you have — door breaks, fender curves, panel offsets and all. Not a brochure flattened onto a side view. We mock it up on your specific year, make and model so you know what's actually going to roll out of the bay.
iii
Print3M IJ180Cv3 or Avery MPI · 3M 8519 overlam
Wide‑format on cast vinyl, color‑matched against your brand standard. Laminated with overlam for UV and scratch protection. Nothing leaves the print room without a sign‑off from the installer who's about to apply it.
iv
InstallClimate‑controlled bay · 3M Preferred crew
In and out in one to three days depending on coverage. For working fleets, we stage installs around your routes — evenings, weekends, two bays at once if the calendar demands it.
v
KeepRecords on file for the life of the vehicle
A care sheet on delivery, a thirty‑day check‑in, and a job folder we keep open for years. Need a replacement door panel in 2031? One phone call. We still have the files.

A wrap should outlast

That's still the bar.

Plain answers, short.

The questions we get from owners, ops managers and fleet leads — answered the way we'd answer them on the phone. Anything missing? Just call.

A written quote inside 48 hours. Design rounds typically run a week. The install itself is one to three days depending on coverage, in our climate‑controlled bay. Working fleets, we stage around your route — evenings, weekends, multi‑bay days. Trucks back earning fast.

Premium cast vinyl is rated 7–10 years vertical, 5+ horizontal. With a hand wash, no high‑pressure on the edges, and a garage when you can manage it, most of our installs ride out the full warranty — and many run well beyond. We back the install workmanship for the life of the film.
